About a 1 minute walk from my house there is a yoga studio. I walk by this studio quite often and I always thought that would be a fun thing to try. A couple of months ago I decided to try it and signed up.
I am not a flexible person at all but I have been going a couple times a week and every time the class is finished I feel much better than when I started. Both mentally and physically. I think yoga is the perfect combination of breathing, meditation and exercise. Im so glad I decided to try something new!
